I work at v-town and get paid with paint, entry, and air. Why would I want to travel an hour to pay for feild fee, when I can go 15mins and play for free?

well Hazard, I don't plan on being at V-town Sunday past 6 either. Michaud and I will probably be there around 11ish, and I'm not planning to be there for 7+ hours.

If there is definite interest on playing at V-Town, say so in the V-town thread.

So me and Michaud were coming back from Portland today, and thought: "Hey lets check out Splatz in Topsham!" We went there and I'll give you guys a little idea of what we saw for those who have never been.

The field is between Howard's Sports Dome and Roller World (a roller rink). The field itself is on a old hockey rink/indoor soccer field with those 4ft tall white walls. It is similar in size to V-town's paintball field. The surface of the turf was slightly rough, but was soft underneath. So I'd say sliding would be tough to do, but comfortable to do (if that makes any sense). The bunkers weren't blown up, but there seemed to be a decent amount of them (12ish). I think its a pretty decent field, good sized for a 3-man, and a tight fit for 5.

I think it would be decent to play a day and see.

7-man? Hmm that seems a little tight for me. When I play PSP fields those are 5-man and thats definitely bigger than Splatz.
