UNLOCKED GSM, can be used on AT&T/Tmobile or any GSM carrier in the US, can also be used overseas (Have used it in China).
-Black used protective case will also be included.
-Has some minor paint scuffs on top of cell but does not hinder performance of phone.
-Has the Invisashield screen since day one with no visible wear.
-Will throw in a 2g Sandisk Micro SD Card if buyer wants it.
-There is no malfunctions with the phone, the ringer is loud for hearing impaired users.
-I switched to iphone and no longer need a 2nd smartphone, $175
