Perhaps to some of the members of this site it appears to be a screw up but I am sure V-Town had the interest of their regular players in mind, of which we only have a few that post here. To be honest I didn't really want to play in that gravel anyway and I am accident prone so I know I would knock myself out on one of those poles. Razz However I will wait and see how the field develops.

I mean its not a BAD IDEA... don't get me wrong, i was hoping for an indoor Xball field, something WAY WAY Closer then Boston to play in the winter...

But, it looks fun... and i will probably end up playing there at least once this winter

Hell yeah! I'll do some trench warfare there at least once. Looks fun. I did see the air bunkers in one picture. I bet they're saving one section for speedball, the other section for the dunes and trenches.

Hopefully it doesn't stink like a bean factory. Praying for heat and no stink. I'll support a Maine business willing to go out on a limb during a repression. Especially an indoor PB place playing with real paintballs.

This could be the beginning of something huge. Someone tell them we want to do a 3 man winter league. You know just to kick off their 1st season with a bang!

If they put the mighty air bunkers that they have on one of the floors, I would love to do a winter league.

i played on the trench course back in fall and it was more than i expected. with only like 4 or 5 people to a team its hard to manage an area that big but it's fun

I really have to see more pictures before I make the trip. With that said I will probably go at least once simply to check it out and help support a Maine field.

they also said this about putting the mighty ball bunkers on one of the floors.

We just have the first floor. That would be awesome! We are going to start with paintball, but if there is a demand we could look into other options too!

is speedball not paintball?

My thoughts exactly. I was wondering if he thought speedball was something else.

In their defense, neither of you said speedball. Danny said "air ball" and Corey said mighty air bunkers.
Considering that the floor is already torn up for trenches, there doesn't seem like speedball in the near future.

From their Facebook:

"We are SERIOUSLY trying to start a Paintball League on Thursday evenings! The price will be dependent on the number of teams that committ to playing, but with a minimum of 8 teams the price will be only $20 per person! PLease message us if you are serious about the league and leave your contact information!"

It will played on their indoor trench/ wooden bunker field.

That could be fun. Unfortunately I don't live closer, however I might check it out over break.

Call ahead they don't do much for walkons, mostly 10 players and lots of "batch party" type play...
