Need a room with chairs enough to fit 8 people or less (12'x12').

I will be providing classroom courses 1-2 weekends a month.
Each course will be about 2-4hours long.

Where will these classes be taken place?

First class will be held when I arrive in June.

Future classes I am still looking for suitable space.

Ideally a business location that has a room or an area of a classroom of at least 12'x12'

Live Range classes are in the future.

What area? I imagine down south? Just need a date in advance so I can travel, I'm from the Bangor area.

Yep near Portland, looking at several locations now.
