I don't think I have the tools or skills to convert the image to a vector without it looking like crap. Here is the image with a clear background though.

To design a logo would you recommend using Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator? I want to work on it and have it done by the end of the week to submit to APX for our jerseys.

I'm pretty sure Illustrator is vector based, so I'd use that. But I'm not %100 on that.

Ricky has a copy, so I will install it and see if I can figure it out. Hopefully I can crank out a good Sub 5 logo.

Took me forever. I was almost done then gimp closed itself and I had to start all over again. It was harder then I thought it would be but it came out good.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you want the checkerboard inside of the Sub 5 to fade? Oh, btw check out the team page.

I mean that it looks like Sub 5 is darker at the top than it is at the bottom. I was hoping you could make it all the same, like the lighter portion of the bottom.

I like the team section, I am glad that I took such a long time on the bio. Can you make the checkerboard pattern a little smaller? This design is probably going to go on our jerseys, that is why I am so picky.

Oh do you want gloss or no gloss. If it's for a jersey I'd suggest no gloss.

If you want smaller checkers expect to wait a day or two because I'll have to redo the whole image and it will take a while.

No gloss, and I can convert it to Vector, Ricky has a way. I am fine with waiting, a little longer.
