Hydrotech paintballs..... Empty Hydrotech paintballs.....

Post by Sniper71 Wed May 04, 2011 10:13 pm

Okay so this isnt really news...or is it....I couldnt find anything on here using the search bar...so anyway, I was just reading some more about these new "god-like" paintballs...

Info
- PLANT DERIVED raw materials that are environmentally friendly
- Non-animal shell made from Corn
- Shell does not react to moisture or water
- Defect resistant outer shell
- Outer shell tolerates temperatures up to 120° F
- 90-98% water fill that evaporates after use
- No oils in fill
- Fill is a gel when at rest
- Fill becomes liquid upon impacting your opponent
- Fill becomes a gel again after impacting your target to leave a non-running mark
- Two different colored fills can be encapsulated at one time to provide a unique mark
- Temperature controlled storage is no longer necessary
- Non-Toxic, non-staining fills
- Two-year shelf life
- Precisely manufactured .686” round + .003”
- Little or no odor
- Very easy clean up

So what are people's thoughts on these ? All I can think is that if they are as amazing as they are hyped up to be, it will impact our sport in some amazing ways. Im not just talking about the environment, but the fact that it will literally be like shooting lazers out of the barrel...

Thoughts ???????????????????????

If it isn't 10 bucks a case or less(For the consumer).. It isn't revolutionary.

I think it's an awesome step for paintball. People from outside the sport are going have one less thing about paintball to complain about....

If that was the case ( no pun intended) I would buy 6 cases at the least every practice.
