Luxfer 3000 psi. Never seen water. Always used for paintball refills. Comes with fill adapter. Not sure if its out of hydro or not but they have full records and the latest inspection at Maine Divers Scuba Center on Cove St. in Portland. http://www.mainediversscubacenter.com/ I might even have a couple free fills left on it. I bought a 10 fill ticket. I think its only been fill 6-8 times. $75
