Joining a team?

How does one attempt to make it onto a team such as Blizzard or Shipyard?

To get on shipyard you need to first develop a love hate relationship for Asians and the Jewish. Secondly your love and ability to drink "soda" will be tested. Third and most important well have to run you ss# and check your "agg" status.

Pretty much this, it's really not that hard. Agg status is pretty important.
